[Resolved]  Flipkart — Money has not been refunded to my bank account yet

I have ordered Google home mini from Flipkart.com worth of Rs. 2500 on 9th of March 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. Later I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" the last date provided by them for refund was 16th of March 2021

I waited till 16th of March but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account.It is 17th of March and I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to my bank's Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com.

I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from Flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank. When I say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from Flipkart.com end.

I am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number ([protected]) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
