Flipkart — money is not refunded from flipkart

My name is pavan kumar. My order id OD[protected]. I ordered mobile motog from flipkart on 22nd may. Intially they sended damaged piece, so i return back to flipkart. they said they refunded the money on 7th of july and also they told to me wait for 10 business days. I waited for more than 15 business days but from their side there is no response. I have called them so many times but they are not transferred the money into my account. Please solve my problem mob no-[protected]
