[Resolved] Flipkart — Money Refund not properly done | |||||
I had ordered a bag from flipkart and then after a long delay I had called the flipkart services where they informed me that I have to cancel the order since the product seller has cancelled it from their end. To know this update I had to call to the customer service but was not proactively informed by them. The next thing comes when I canceled the order.The amount was refunded to the flipkart wallet and now I can order for only those things which has been ordered by WS seller. I dont understand Why I have to suffer for the mistakes done from flipkart end.I am trying to buy things but not able to cause the product is not sold by WS retailer. But what should I do for that. Where do I wnt to search these things. This is ridiculous. i want you to look into this issue and resolve it for me. Thanks, George Was this information helpful? | |||||
