[Resolved] Flipkart — money was debited from my account yet order was not placed | |
I placed an order of 8 items for a total of rs. 3713 on flipkart yesterday (31.3.2019). The money was debited from my account yet the order was not placed. As you can clearly see from the screenshot, the money was transferred to flipkart from my account. Till now there hasn't been any sign of confirmation or even communication regarding this. I placed the order yesterday night and i am shocked that, even after 12 hours, there has been no communication whatsoever regarding the transfer of money or the placement of the order. I would highly appreciate a clear response stating that they are working on my order being confirmed or my money being refunded.
