[Resolved] Flipkart — moto c plus faulty piece received od[protected] | |||
I have ordered motoc plus from flipkart on 11th aug. It was delivered on 14th august and the phone was dead on arrival, it kept on restarting continuously. I raised a complaint and they sent a replacement phone which is delivered on 18th august. To my surprise the new phone is also having the same issue and it never starts. When i call the customer care they ask me to go to service center. First of all this is a new phone i have ordered by paying the entire amount. They are sending me faulty pieces intentionally or not i dont know and now asking me to get the phone fixed? I demand a full refund for this from flipkart if not i will take this legally on flipkart for sure.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per customers complaint we had provided replacement once, but as per policies, replacement will be provided only once and customer needs to get in touch with the authorized service center if at all any issue with the replacement product. Have conveyed this with the customer, Closing the case from our side.
