[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto e - Cannot hear calls | |||
Hi, I had purchased moto e on the big billion day. Order ID: OD[protected]. Seller: WS Retail. It stopped working a few months after. I could not hear anything on call. I took it to the PC support shop in Pune which is 10km away from where I am staying. Conveyance is a big problem for me. That is why I order things online. The lady there asked me to come after 2 days. I kept the phone there for two days, the issue was fixed. After 2 months, the charger stopped working, instead of taking it to the shop, I purchased a brand new charger because travelling for me is a problem. After a month my phone is facing the same issue which I faced earlier. My phone is still in warranty. I am not able to hear anything on call. I want somebody to come take this phone and replace it with a new one. I have not dropped the phone even once, it is in excellent condition. I have ordered allot of stuff from flipkart in the past, but I will never use flipkart again if this issue is not fixed. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 08, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him to visit the service as the product has crossed the 30 day replacement period and hence we would not be able to offer replacement. Customer agreed. So closing the case.
