[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto E handset issue | |||
I am currently facing 2 problems with my Moto E handset which I purchased in July 2014 from flipkart (thus i warranty period). Below are the problems: 1. Moto E handset's volume is disabled for few days thus I am unable to hear the ring for receiving calls, no volume for videos which are played, can't hear to music. The ringer starts working automatically after few days. I am facing this problem once a month from last 3 months. 2. Handset gets switched off automatically. Was this information helpful? | |||
