[Resolved]  Flipkart — moto e4 plus defective product

I ordered moto e4 plus (Od[protected] on 17th july 2017 nd was delivered on 20th july 2017.. After unboxing the product jst supported for 4-5 days nd later strtd facing prblms.. The display wasn't being visible without any physical damage nd even the phn was not getting charged when connected to the power/charger.. I even tried to reach the customer care but left without success.. I couldn't understand how come u ppl be so irresponsible.. I jst hope i get a replacement nd my issue will be resolved as early as possible.

We have interacted with the customer, as per the policy, return will be created if customer comes within the 10 day replacement policy. If at all customer comes after policy, he will have to get in touch with the Authorized service center. Here customer came post 10 day policy. hence request to visit the ASC. Closing the case from our end.
