[Resolved]  Flipkart — moto e4 plus (iron gray, 32 gb)

I ordered a moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) mobile from flipkart (Seller: indiflashmart) by using my credit card on mon, aug 10th '17 and i got the call from delivery boy and when i tried to receive the item by reaching him with in 10 min he left the place where he suppose to delivered and he didn't answered to my calls later. After few hours when i checked in my order status its showing as deliverd. I have raised a compliant on aug 11th '17 but still there is no update from flipkart.

Mobile got delivered. And expecting an answer for below two question. 1) will you allow your delivery boy to keep the item pack at home? 2) with out recipient confirmation how an item can be kept as delivered on the order status. As a resolution, I went to Flipkart office and raised the issue with the higher officials. After 3-4 visits at last they handed over the pack.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi There,

I got the phone delivered. But its really a great bad experience with delivery. Unofficially came to know that the delivery boy kept the mobile pack at his home. And no clue how an item will be updated as delivered without my confirmation in Order status. So Flipkart needs to improve your delivery process.
