[Resolved]  Flipkart — moto e4 plus mobile money refunded in some other account without asking the details to account holder.

I had ordered moto e4 plus (Blue) which was delivered in 30th nov-2017, (Payment was done on cod) after that there was defect in volume control key, so requested for replacement. Replacement did not happen due to some issues with seller & filpkar company so i requested for refund, which was refunded after some days on some other account, without asking/taking my account details for refund. This major negligency & carelesness of flipkart company is troubling to customer. Company is regualry changing there statement on refund & postponing the dates from last 8-10 days.
Please look into this matter carefully & if required a strong action must be taken against the flipkart company.

Customer raised a complaint because he didn't received the refund, we interacted with the customer and informed him that the bank details was collected on 30th Dec and provided the refund but customer denied he told he didn't received any call. We apologies and informed customer we contacted on the registered number so kindly check with the owner of the registered number customer told he already checked with his friend and he confirmed that he didn't received any call. We apologies and informed customer we have the proof where we collected the bank details and provided the refund. Customer was not agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.
