Flipkart — Moto edge 40 delivery stuck in Limbo

I had ordered Moto edge 40 in Bengaluruduring the sale and had selected the delivery of the mobile to be done on the 10th of oct'23. To my surprise it showed that the mobile was Out for Delivery on 9th morning itself. I kept calling on the number provided of the delivery boy who just didn't respond anything when I would ask when he would be coming and would just say Hello. Later in the evening he confirmed that he was around my area and would come in the next 30 minutes to deliver the order but he never turned up. Not once did I receive a single update regarding my order and what happened to it since then because till date, I just keep getting FAKE MESSAGES via FLIPKART that your mobile will be delivered by 11pm at the start of the day but whenever I try to get in touch with Support I keep on getting the same answer that I should wait till 7pm and that positively I will receive the product. Tickets are raised on a daily basis without any actions being taken. At the end of the day they automatically close and gets"Resolved"on their own without even being given any solution. The staff is entirely clueless and have no idea about the issues and everything just seems a joke. There is literally no way to get past the initial team who answers the call. I am now stuck in a perpetual Limbo and have been Checkmated by Flipkart since there has been literally zero updates given to me. Neither via call nor his text. The Tele callers just provide the same info that even I can see and just don't know how to connect with the EKART TEAM providing the FAKE UPDATES. Even today it's showing that it will be delivered by 11pm today and tomorrow morning the update will remain the same.
