[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto G ( 2nd Gen ) Mobile phone display compliant. | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a new brand Moto G ( 2nd Gen ) mobile phone through your company on 30/04/2015 . But the display of the mobile phone is not working properly. It is continuously flickering every time. I have approached Moto G authorized service center in trivandrum. They advised me to contact directly to Flipkart as the complaint arrives within one month. They told me if any complaint within one month the product will be exchanged with a new one. I already contacted the complaint cell via mobile and agreed me to call me back.
