[Resolved]  Flipkart — moto g5 plus broken seal and used

This is to inform you that I received a Moto G5 Plus phone which had no seal and looked as a used product. The phone was ordered on 15th May, 2018 and it was delivered on 24th May. I lodged a replacement complaint exactly on the day it was received, and I was told that it would be picked up by 29th May. I was also supposed to be receiving a replacement the day it was to be picked up.
It is very heart wrenching and disappointing to know that today is 7th June, 2018, approximately 23 days after my placement of the order, that neither the pickup nor the replacement has been provided.
I have called the Flipkart authorised contact number -[protected], more than 15 times in the last 2 weeks. I have only heard from the executives to wait another 24 or 48 hours and that “they” are facing some “technical issue”. Every day, I was promised that my issue would be resolved. I was also told that there is a possibility of a refund. However, nothing has been done about it. I had ordered the phone because of an urgent need and due to Flipkart’s disorganised approach my money is still with Flipkart.
I feel very displeased and I do not trust Flipkart anymore. All I want now is a complete refund as soon as possible. My order ID is OD[protected].
