[Resolved] Flipkart — moto g5 plus - no cost emi on citibank-11 july 17 | |||
I purchased moto g 5 plus at no cost emi from flipkart. It is noted that i have been charged twice last month and this month as an interest of 15% on 11th july. On enquiring about this at customer service, they never gave any satisfactory answer and kept my phone at hold and disconnected. Even after several mails they didn't responded to my satisfaction. I have already spoken with my bank and they mentioned that i need to speak with the merchant. Since any credit card never offer an emi interest free.in this case, flipkart must have arranged something when they floated offer.
