[Resolved] Flipkart — moto g5 plus replacement issue with flipkart | |||||
I have ordered motog 5 plus from flipkart on 28th july and got the product on the next day. But while inserted the sim, i found there is no network for bot the sim. Then i tried with different sim cards but same problem. I requested for the replacement in the same day when i received the product. Then filpkart mentioned the date as 2nd aug when i supposed to get the new replacement product. But still i haven't receive any response from them and now they rejected my replacement request. They mentioned 10 days replacement guarantee but with in 5 days from the date of purchase the replacement request has been rejected. I don't know what i supposed to do. I paid full amount and received one functional product. I was calling flipkart customer care but now it says agent will call you in specific time but no one call back and i haven't got any option to speak with the customer care guys.
