[Resolved] Flipkart — moto x2 screen damaged product second time | |||
I bought Moto x2 mobile in Flipkart and replaced it for a defect but again I was sent a screen damaged phone. There was no reply for me since December 2015. I have been trying various mode of contact since then but I didn't even get a single reply from Flipkart customer care. I wasted around 18000 for the mobile which I converted later to EMI. I had to buy another mobile since I didn't get any response for proper replacement of the mobile again. Need a solution though it's too late. Was this information helpful? | |||
