Dear sir/mam, I request you to please check my request for return of my order technician has updated return l request for my order OD[protected] after confirming issue that phone has heating issue and headphone jack is not working properly but than also my request is cancelled due to some misunderstanding between technichian and flipkart customer service team. Now request is again cancelled even after technichian visit and mentioned were found correct. I don't know why Flipkart s doing this but since I'm concerned they are doing it intentionally. Request you to please go through issues? heating and headphone jack is not working which were found correct by technician. I am totally harrased by flipkart customer service from one month From one and half month my request is raised and cancelled on their own without technician visit. I had raised request in 10 days return policy it was delayed by flipkart. Technichian updated that device has a issues of heating and headphone jack is not working properly than also request is not completed by flipkart and request is rejecting without any reason. Flipkart did not want to return product from first day thats y they are continously rejecting request from day one. Now they are saying 10 days policy time is over and request cannot be processed further. It is delayed by flipkart not from my side. Even customer care executives are not giving satisfying answers every person is giving different answers to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has damaged the product, the damage issue was found out when the technician visited the customer place hence request was not approved, and same has been communicated to customer for the same.
