Still no solution provided from the customer . Upset with the way they react fast to the complaints posted from customer end . I deposited my mobile at service center on 25th February 2016 and lodged complaint on march 2nd 2016 still my problem not resolved .
I contacted authorized service center refereed by motrola and those people are not issuing me job card and he is telling once job card issued the mobile having balance 6 months warranty will be cancelled.
Please guide me in this issue and poor response from service center, still I never got any reply from service center on my mobile status no proper response on phone call and mail.
Myself calling them daily and two days before they told mobile ready and now today they told your mobile has been sent Bangalore head office for servicing . I dont know hat they people doing with my mobile and its new mobile still under warranty and don"t gaurentte that i will get my mobile in good condition as before I used.
I am not getting support from service center as well as from your end and I am wasting my time by mailing you and calling you and service center people but no solution still .
Finally I am going to raise complaint on consumer court about this issue and I have poof of of all conversation mail and phone call recording which I had with your Motorola customer care person and service center person .
You refereed me and appointed such a worst authorized service center for Motorola products in Chennai who cant able to respond to the customer after submission of my mobile for servicing on 25th feb 2016.
Regarding this I talked to MONIKA/RAJU/PRASANTH but no support and solution from your end .
Awaiting for your immediate course of action or else I don"t have choose other than lodging complaint legally,
