Flipkart — MOTOROLA e40 (Pink Clay, 64 GB)

Sir,
I have ordered a MOTOROLA e40 (Pink Clay, 64 GB) from Flipkart on 3rd Apr '22 and delivered on 10 th Apr '22 with order id: Order ID: OD[protected].

I have faced two Problems with this product
1. Phone is not getting charged
2. Overheating issue of Charger and Phone

I have requested a return on 12th Apr '22. After the Executive call, the request is verified. After that, a technician is visited my address on 13th Apr '22. He found the product issues and confirmed the device having issues in front of me. And Submitted to further procedure and he left from my home and I have got the email from Flipkart confirming the Return request with Return ID[protected]. On 15th Apr'22, I have got a message from Flipkart return request is canceled and the reason provided was there was some technical issue, hence the return request got cancelled. Then I have connected to Flipkart customer service they posted another return request on 15th Apr '22 then the same technician visited my home again on the 19th Apr' 22 and the same issue confirmed by him and updated. After the visit I have got another message from Flipkart "the return request was accepted" and the pick up will be done by 22 Apr'22. However, the same I got the message from Flipkart that return request got cancelled.
Since then I am trying to reach out to Flipkart team to know the reason for this. Really the phone was faulty. I am not satisfied with Flipkart and never place an order again. I don't this product please return this product and give me the full refund. I have wasted more than 10 days on this issue, too many calls tried to solve the issue but all Flipkart executives are dropping my call in the middle of the conversation. Flipkart service will be growing downwards. Also, Flipkart makes customers by using 7 days replacement policy and cheating. I kindly request you to take appropriate action against this issue because I don't want this product. I have lost trust in Flipkart.
