Flipkart — Motorola g60 defective product

I ordered a Mobile from Flipkart motorola g60 and they gave me defective mobile camera quality is worst and its software keep lagging and it keep restarting own its own and when i called costumer care of Flipkart they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes during call and never called me back even i keep requesting for call back from Flipkart in help center of Flipkart app please help me 16000 is too much for me i am very upset with Flipkart service and i am going to suicide because of Flipkart please resolve my issue and refund my money please
