Dear sir/ madam,
I have purchased motorola moto e3 power on 03-october-2016 and order id is od[protected] and same i received on 04-october-2016. After using 4 hours mobile going to hang & i am unable to restart the mobile so i open back cover to switch off mobile by removing battery. When i am using gps mobile also going to heat, this issues i am facing from ist day from purchase.
So i decided to return this products as per your 10 days return policy on 06-october-2016 and raised return request & the return request id is[protected]. After return request i received call ms. Komilka on 07-october-2016 she doing some troubleshooting on my phone and she says no problem in your mobile and she insist to me to go service center. I simply ask why i am go to service center within 2 or 4 days after purchasing, if i able to go service center than i can also purchase mobile from any shop available in market. Peoples using online shopping because of his convenience not to upset or face this type of problems.
Today 08-october-2016 i received a call & mail regarding my return request.
