[Resolved] Flipkart — Motorola Service | |||
I have bought my moto g 10 months ago from flipkart and it accidentally got broken, only upper glass is broken not the touch and display. So, I am trying my level best to contact Flipkart since 20 days so as they could provide me help with the issue but I found nothing. The customer care numbers on their site are not working, atleast with my phone. Being one of the top ecommerce site, I am very disappointed with their response towards their customers. Verified Support Jul 15, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking him to visit the service center as customer's complaint says that the phone was ordered 10 months before and it is out of replacement period and closing the case.
Verified Support Jul 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer said that the issue has been resolved.
