I have purchased a motorola tv on 28th may, 2020 from flipkart [order id: od[protected]]. Initially there were lots of problems appeared specially tv remote overheating. On 28th june my remote stopped working and i logged a complaint [in number : 0f28-37814koscri-2377688] and registered mobile number is [protected]. On 29th may engineer visit my place and raised a new remote request on the same day.
Since then it's already 19 days passed, i called multiple times to customer care and heard different stories from executives [e. G.in bangalore now curfew ongoing, tv parts not available, by 2 days it will be dispatched, we already arranged parts will be dispatched soon, your product will be replaced if tv remote cannot be arrange by 2-3 days].
I am quite tired my with this false promise. Sla period is 6-7 working days, now it is 19 days and no update from your end yet.
Now when i am calling customer care of repair unit [[protected]] they simply disconnect my number, when i am calling from other number they are picking up. Since 3-4 days i mailed them no reply from support. [protected]@flipkart.com. Was this information helpful? |
Just want to inform you that got the refund from motorola service which was wrongly charged, so we can close the case now . Thanks all for your support.
