[Resolved] Flipkart — multiple time called flipkart support but no help, poor customer service | |
I hve ordered a mattress on oct 14 its abt a month now and the product delivery has delayed 4 times now. It has spoilled my diwali planning and really really bad flipkart support who has no control on their sellers. I would appreciate if someone give me a call on [protected]. Order id od[protected]. Inspite of 4 times delayed when i am contacting support they are directing me to that it will be dilevered on the next date provided. They are not contacting the seller to assure this and also want me to call them back if it is not delivered. I have gone through this process before when it was delayed 3rd time and again i am ask to do tje same thing. It seems there are dump people at support who are out of ideas of any further action also i was told if incase it is not delivered on 15th then i have to wait for next day. Its disgusting.
