[Resolved]  Flipkart — multiple uninstallation and installation from flipkart

I have ordered, spacewood mayflower engineered wood king bed with storage with id (Od[protected] on 22nd sept 2017 and it is installed on 1st october 2017, on the same day i requested for return as the furniture was not good quality.

The installer (Balaraju [protected]) has un-installed the product when i check with flipkart when they will come and collect and refund me, now they are saying there is no return policy for this product.

I raised the complaint with flipkart with complaint number (In[protected]

I got call from flipkart on 14th of october and we had long argument but flipkart is not ready to accept the return and refund request. He only said he re raise installation request

I am totally cheated, because it is as if an un-boxed product for me, since multiple installation and un-installation done, so i want refund, since multiple installation of the bed looses it's life and it's strength, the bed is made up of engineered wood (Particles). I can't use this product because i don't know it's durability as it is lost it's life in un-installation and installation process.

My first question with the flipkart was why did you do un-installation when you can't accept return of the product.

The cost of the bed is 13499/- and it's big amount and it will be big loss for me.
