[Resolved] Flipkart — my 2 orders are cancelled without informing me | |||
I orders two jeans in flipkart. After out for delivery, order is cancelled and it's showing customer rejected for one order and improper address is the reason for second order. I called the customer care and they said that that is the courier problem they can't do anything about that and if i need the product i need to place new order with increased price. Verified Support Oct 31, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer the order is cancelled and the customer wants the order at the same price.. Apologized and asked to place a fresh order, and offer differ from time to time.
