[Resolved] Flipkart — my account blocked and their executive mentally harassed me

I have ordered phone and they blocked me said i purchased this phone for selling purpose. I gifted this to my friend. My register phone number with flipkart ([protected]). They are not helping me and sent lot of mails. I am mentally harassed by flipkart. When i called them they disconnected my call.
Please help me. You are the only last hope and i want to take legal action against them.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that his account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as our systems have detected that customer has been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apology, his account is blocked. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
