[Resolved] Flipkart — my account deactivated by flipkart without my knowledge | |||
I have been a regular customer of flipkart. Whenever there are offers, i do shopping using my cards, but recently my account was deactivated without informing me and i was not able to login. Upon contacting flipkart cust care, they told me that issue will be resolved by tech support team in 2-3 days, but after 3 days i received an email stating that the orders in my purchase not intended for personal use and hence the account is block and i will no longer be able to login to flipkart account. Though i was a plus member at flipkart and in spite of it, they block my account. I had 50 coins in my account which i had to redeemed with a 1000 rs. E-voucher, but before i could redeem by coins, my account was deactivated, i am not able to login. Upon contact customer care again, they told me that my purchase is not intended for personal use and hence the order is cancelled and account block. I dont care about blocking, but i had 50 coins worth rs. 1000 which i want to redeem and once i redeem i dont mind they blocking my account. Can anybody help me out of this. Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
