My account got blocked but because of my mistake.
I recently order a earphone but when I get the delivery i see that the Eartips are Missing and colour is different from what I ordered.
So due to that I call customer care and they place a request but got rejected and after that you le executive place more than 5 request but got rejected again.
But When your agent tried for 6th time then my account got blocked and that actually not my fault because your department was not accepting it.
And for your information I provide all the details regarding the product then also they are rejecting it saying'courier executive show the product been intact’.
Those they see it from inside? Obviously not.
So please unblock it.
