[Resolved] Flipkart — my consignment issue | |||
I have ordered a kingsize cot from flipkart where in the details section recommended mattress size is written as 80 (Length)*72 (Width). Hence i ordered a mattress from flipkart, which is of size 80*72. After it got delivered, we have tested and seems it does not fit to the cot. Hence i have requested the flipkart customer care to help me in returning the mattress. After repeated call from my side, i got a call from peps mattress team. They asked me to send few pics thru whatsapp, after one day i got a reply saying the mattress can not be replaceable They deny because the mattress not a standard size. And i updated this to flipkart team. Today one of flipkart service guy saying flipkart is not responsible. I have invested money more than 30k. After repeated contact to flipkart, i am only getting dates nothing much. It is already more than 20 days... They have been giving false promise to fix the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
