[Resolved]  Flipkart — My damaged and missing product and about my blocked account

I ordered two packs of Kellogg's corn flakes on 29th of September 2021 and paid 770 using Flipkart gift card Rs385 for each.With order ID OD[protected]. One of them was delivered to me on 4th Oct 2021 and it was completely damaged and the other packet was not delivered to me but yet it was marked as delivered I don't know to whom their delivery agent has given my product. I asked to everyone I could but no one has taken it.
so I complained about this on Flipkart customer service on the same day they said my damaged product will be picked up on 5th Oct 2021 but no one came to pick it up on 5th Oct 2021 and for the other missing pack which I didn't got but still it is marked as delivered the company said that wait till 8th of Oct 2021 and you will be refund for it. for the damaged item I again complained this time again a pickup was generated for 6th of October 2021 but this time also no one came to pick it up. In anger I wrote about this on social media and one of Flipkart's social media executive called me I told her all the problems about my issue with the order she said she will get my refund for the damaged product and for the missing product she told me to wait for 5 min I waited for more than 5 mins till the evening but she didn't called again from than my account is also blocked by Flipkart. I my very angry and disappointed with Flipkart service and team and executive also. I also wrote about my account being blockd on social media but no one responded and after that I called customer care for this they said me to wait till 10th of Oct 2021 and my account will be unblocked but on 9th of Oct 2021 at night I received a mail telling that my account will not be unblocked because I have returned high number of products I agree that I have returned about 3 products but I have always told you that I my continuously receiving a damaged or a wrong product from your side. so Kindly unblock my account at earliest and also refund my money for the missing order marked as delivered of Rs385.
