I am Jess Mathew. My FLIPKART account is Blacklisted and Blocked from the last 6th October 2021. From 2020 onwards I am a continuous user of Flipkart along with that I am a PLUS MEMBER. I purchased nearly 1 Lakh rupees products from Flipkart.
I got a mail regarding my account block and the reason mentioned was the order which I placed is not for my personal use. I can understand my mistake and I am really sorry for that what happened. I am promising that now I will not commit any mistakes like this.
Along with that, I would like to inform you that I placed those orders from my SHOPSY Account ( Before start using my shopsy account, I talk to the customer care support team about the shopsy Account and they said me that, shopsy account is mainly using for placing bulk orders and there will a commission amount also, that's why I ordered those products one by one but all those products got cancelled and it leads to blockage of my account).
I understand my mistakes and I am promising you that I will not repeat those mistakes. Because of this blockage, I won't be able to participate properly in the Big Billion Days. At least now I would like to participate in the upcoming Diwali Sale. So, Kindly accept my heartfelt apologies and Please UNBLOCK my account.
