Your business is growing at a phenomenal rate and I wish you all the very best in your endeavor. However, I no longer wish to remain a plus member at Flipkart since my KYC (expired on 6th September '22) has not been renewed (unable to renew/update from my iPhone due to some glitch) as promised to me by several sales executives over the past few weeks.
As a result, I have lost trust in Flipkart's service and ability to deliver on promises made to its plus members.
It's disappointing to not have been able to use Flipkart Pay Later services because of such a barrier. As a result, I won't be renewing my KYC and have activated my Pay Later services from Amazon India since today. I've also shared my feedback on Flipkart's feedback section. Hope to see an improvement in this area for future customers.
