[Resolved]  Flipkart — my flipkart game zone blocked

You have blocked my account without doing anything i never try to hack or crack or patch the flipkart app also i do nothing with the app and its a clear app install and further updated only using google play.

And i only used the app only on my device and ony for one time yes only for one time i move the app to samsung secure folder some days ago and now from today i created multiple issues on flipkart app regarding it but nothing fruitful.

And an esecutive say to try after sometime but its also not helpful (Screenshot given)
And one said that its my connection issue (Screenshot given)

Secondly
I have won the flipkart game 17 times in the month of february and as per flipkart rewards are available to redeem on 15 mar but till today i got only 4 vouchers. (I have the winning proof as picture as screenshot is blocked on that page)
And i have a won gems for 10 times and only 3 times i got the gems (I have proof of only 8 and for other 2 i have only note down them so its not clear when or which time i have won that)

Frist time they onlyvsent me 3 gift vouchers
When i raise issue about that i have not given the gift vouchers frist time they say they would be send to your mail within 24- 48 hours.
After 2 days and 6 hours i return raise a issue that i have received nothing
Then they sent me a gift vouchers and 3 times gems
When i then raise a issue they said again
The gift vouchers would be send to your mail within 24- 48 hours.

After 5 to 6 hours my account got blocked.

And flipkart now say that the already won reawrds would not given as my account got blocked.

Now flipkart support please look into this and please reactivate my game zone account i never try to hack or crack flipkart also if flipkart want to check my words they can chek my device using an expert that if i have cracked the app / do anything else or if flipkart need proof i would play in front of them.

But i want to know which term have i violated?
I abide by all t&c s mentioned abobe but after fulfilling each t&c s how the respective seller (s) can block my account?
