Flipkart — My flipkart pay later account compromised by scammers

On 11th Dec 2022, I received text message from flipkart at 8:12 pm which says 70, 000 has been paid successfully using flipkart pay later. Someone placed orders for Apple iphone 13 128gb mobile phone worth Rs. 65, 068 and Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 from Flipkart Pay Later service out of the INR 70, 000 limit. I tried login my account, and the message that popped up was “Your account is inactive, please contact customer support to reactivate”.

When I got the message, I immediately started calling customer care to notify them about the issue. I mentioned that my account is hacked, please cancel the orders placed, these are not placed by me. I explained the same case to 2 different executives and 1 senior-level person to whom they transferred the call. Flipkart customer executive cancelled the Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 but didn't cancel the iphone because he said that it is already been in shipping mode. I insisted them to cancel the order and also asked them to talk to eKart Logistics to stop the order from being delivered but the Flipkart executive didn't do. In turn he provided eKart Logistics delivery agent bridge connection phone number with pin number and asked me to call the agent myself. I called him more than 30 times, but he is simply rejecting the calls and within few minutes at 10.53PM in the late night the iphone (worth Rs. 65, 068) got delivered and after that the bridge connection phone number stopped working. The order got delivered to New Delhi address. I am unable to login to my Flipkart account also.

Now, there is a debt of Rs. 70, 000 (65, 068 for iphone and 4, 932 for Shirts) in my name for which is already added by the IDFC FIRST Bank, Flipkart pay later to my payables for the month.

No action taken by Flipkart immediately when they are getting calls from the registered number stating that the account is hacked?

It is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions for using Flipkart Pay Later EMI service that you will get an OTP for confirmation of the amount for which the order is placed. Whereas I directly received a message that you have used this amount. I didn’t receive OTP confirmation on my registered number.

Also, I didn't get any delivery update to my registered mobile number like order placed, shipped, out for delivery etc. and didn't receive any order confirmation call as well for such expensive order.

Please help me with this
