Flipkart — My Flipkart pay later unavailable without any reason

Flipkart provides pay later option to its valuable customers not only on flipkart assured products but on all products. My query stands unresolved with false to no information provided by Flipkart and its App. The company's customer care is fooling around with its customers by offering them products at a cheaper rate with low quality products. Secondly, a customer is offered to use flipkart pay later option for its purchase. credit limit about 40000. But the purpose is lost when this particular service from flipkart is made unavailable to the user for its purchase. This problem stands unresolved since 7 April 2024 and its been almost more than a month. Expects a customer to purchase by using a card or COD. If thats so, why will a customer use Flipkart and not other shopping sites for purchase. Technical issue from the company side, Customer suffers.
This happened even when i have never delayed in any payment made all the payment on time thats also this happened. After complaining they said it will be reopened in 2 3 days but after this much time its still not it is unavailable without any reason no delayed payment and all still it is unavailable
