Updated by Rachit Chawla today on 9th of November 2021. They have close the complaint stating that you were explained the same as it was mentioning on the website. They are not agreeing that it was our Agent mistake, so we will do the needful & will provide you with the GST invoice with my company GST no on it. They have turned the whole incident in to misunderstanding & have closed the complaint. They are not providing the call records dtd[protected] in that all the things were clear. If she would have inform at that time only I would have cancelled the order & just proceeded with the Laptop. They have totally blamed the consumer and made us faulty, its a customer fault. You have heard the recording after that you are doing this & not even returning my money.
Below reply by flipkart:
Hi RACHIT,
Thank you for your time over the call.
Were writing to you about your Order with order ID OD[protected].
We are sorry for the trouble, we realize the importance of the issue and understand this is not what you expected.
As per discussion, as you have raised a concern regarding GST that at a time of placing order you filled the GST details but when you have added the extended warranty, there is some important note reflecting like "GST is not applicable with add _on extended warranty part but it is applicable on product i.e. Laptop" .
For the same when you have consulting with Flipkart, the agent confirming you with the same information, which is showing on the website at a time of placing the order.
However, you are placing the order with the extended warranty for which GST is not applicable, so it was not mentioned in the invoice also .
And so we are sorry to inform you that as per policy it is not possible to update any details or create a new invoice for the product which is already delivered,
and also as per sellers return policy, return request cant be taken until unless there are no issues with the product .
Hopes this helps
Thanks,
Apurva Gupta
