Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer's issue: Product not getting delivered.

We spoke to the customer and informed him that the product has been misrouted to other city and the courier service provider will not be able to deliver the product. He has to place a fresh order. Closing the case from our end.

Updated by Kapil94088 Mere product ki promise date 24 April thi but muje 24th April ko product ni Mila jab maine Flipkart ko call kiya to unhone bola ki aap ko 28th April ko aapko aapka product mil jayega but tb bi muje ni Mila or m aise hi wait krta rha fir maine bat ki flipkart se to. Muje 4th May ka time diya or promise kiya ki aapko pakka 4th May se pahle aapko aapka product mil jayega but 3rd May ko morning me mera product cancel kr diya meri yhi galti thi kya ki m flipkart ka sath de rha tha or soch rha tha ki muje mera product mil jayega maine 15 days ka wait kiya h or ab uss product ki price 1000 increase ho gai muje mera product chaiye
