Flipkart — My order have been cancelled by seller himself without no reason

I have ordered a redmi 3s prime on 3 oct 16 it was costed 8999 and there was a offer available on that day so i got 500rs off . The order was CONFIRMED by the seller and i got message my order will be placed on promised date 12 oct 16. But they didn't deliver the item on this day and i didn't got any message or any calls from them i checked my flip kart account and found out they cancelled my item themselves with out my any knowledge. This item is a top selling item and it gets sold out within 5min of sales starts so i won't be able to buy it again even if i buy i that will cost me a lose of 500rs because offer is not available right now pls fix this and deliver my item .
