[Resolved] Flipkart — my order have been misplaced by flipkart company itself

I have order my phone realme xt on 30th september 2019 of 11, 744 as its mrp was 15, 999 at sale time now its rate is fluctuating. My order was delivered to me on 1st oct. 2019. But after regular company about my order on 2nd, 3rd and 5th of oct.2019 my order is not yet received my me. Now your custome care senior is saying that i have to cancel my order. Because it have been misplaced your company. I am neha daga i m not responsible for this thing and i will not cancel my order your company is responsible i want my phone.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller was unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen logistics issues. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 07, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
