[Resolved] Flipkart — my order is canceled without my permission | |||||
I placed an order in flipkart on 2nd november 2018 for laptop i have made the full payment and so far the payment is not coming back to me and nobody is responding to it correctly. I have talked about this in flipkart several times. Flipkart is a thief company. When i asked about the cancellation from flipkart, many executives had different answers. Now either flipkart should return my product to me or should be compensated for it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 12, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
