Flipkart — My order is not delivered on time and executive asked me to cancel the order and make a fresh order, but refund is not done

Hi,

I ordered my wakefit bed mattress and mattress cover on July6th2022, that should be delivered by 12july2022. But that was not delivered and i did not get any update about that till 22july2022. On 22july2022 Flipkart executive called me and mentioned that cancel the current order and make a fresh order so that we will be giving 1100 as a compensation amount i[censored] place a fresh order and it was delivered. So I cancelled both the orders on 22july2022 and made a fresh order. My refund was not done till now. And the fresh order delivery date was also crossed. They are not giving any proper solution as well. My time is wasting from the past one month. Kindly help me
