[Resolved] Flipkart — my order not delivered

I have order infinix mobile with exchange policy but due to miner dmg they rfused to device deliver i request to customer care for pay for dmg device price but they refused and after 45 minutes long conversation they are not intrest in any option. I m very sensitive hurt to not received device kindly help me i want device on 23nov 2017 and they are not agree to give me device i told them pay for exchange value or pay by cash or online but no any option they were accepted

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the exchange product issue. We had interacted with the customer and explained about the exchange policy if there is any defect we can't accept the exchange product as per policy T&C. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
