Hi, On 10th Dec 2019 at 16:32 hrs we have ordered online thru one LG Bluetooth Home Theatre from Flipkart. On 16th Dec 2019 we received the product, When i received, they package was damaged condition and not proper packing way, And I asked the shipping courier boy about the packing but he didn't respond.And inside checked we received wrong product Sony brand. Immediately i informed to Flipkart help center, they are suggested some steps we follow all steps and we shared my all government id proof. But still not clear my issue.Again we contact to Flipkart help center but the team was not responding my call/mail.
