Flipkart — My order was to much delay and also now cancled behalf of Flipkart but now no refund was come

I am Devashish khan I am pluse member of Flipkart on 15 Spetember I purchase msi modern 14 laptop Ryzen 5500u 8gb 512 gb thin and light laptop in grey colour hee delevry date was 20 Spt but order was delay then promise date was 24 spt then also order was delay then they promise 29 spt and now today order was show 3 Oct deleverd now I will call in flikpkart office then talk to customer support they will cancle my order and also my refund was not come and I am very disagree to cancle my order my order id was [protected]
