[Resolved] Flipkart — My product is not getting replaced or refunded by Flipkart. | |||
I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active from Flipkart which was delivered on 25th September, 2021. My order ID is- OD[protected]. But, soon after opening the parcel I found that I have received a wrong product. My smartwatch was not there is the package. I have raised replacement request with Flipkart and even after waiting for 10 days my replacement request has been rejected. And today only, I have raised Replacement Request for 4 times and all times it is getting rejected. They are saying that seller has refused to fulfill my request. But, I have paid Rs. 16, 990 for my product and still Flipkart is not providing me my product. I have been waiting since long and still Flipkart is providing me no resolution for my issue.
