[Resolved]  Flipkart — My product is not getting replaced or refunded by Flipkart.

I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active from Flipkart which was delivered on 25th September, 2021. My order ID is- OD[protected]. But, soon after opening the parcel I found that I have received a wrong product. My smartwatch was not there is the package. I have raised replacement request with Flipkart and even after waiting for 10 days my replacement request has been rejected. And today only, I have raised Replacement Request for 4 times and all times it is getting rejected. They are saying that seller has refused to fulfill my request. But, I have paid Rs. 16, 990 for my product and still Flipkart is not providing me my product. I have been waiting since long and still Flipkart is providing me no resolution for my issue. Please take up my issue and help me to get my product or recover my money back.

Dear Flipkart Team, I request you to kindly mail Ekart Karnal Hub with required details to pickup my old product. Ekart Wishmaster has denied to pickup my old product and has rescheduled my pickup date.

Please mail the Ekart Karnal Hub with the required details of my wrong product and ask them to pickup my old product and provide me the replacement.
