Flipkart — My product was promised delivery by 24 April | |
I have not received my order which I made on 20 April, 2021 (Order Id: OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 24 April, 2021. But Flipkart has not given me any updates on delivery date irrespective of giving some random date and no assurance on delivery. This is not acceptable, I wish to claim my compensation. It's already 5 days late from the promised delivery date. And either of the call excetuive are not forwarding my call to senior executive level. Was this information helpful? | |
