[Resolved] Flipkart — my query with flipkart [incident: in[protected]]

On 9th 9/10/18 I got an SMS from VM-EKARTL informing my consignment is out for delivery (OD[protected] and are on their way to me and will be delivered by Tuesday, 09 Oct'18. It did not come. On 10th Oct'18 I called up customer care and sent countless emails. I was assued that the same will be delivered by 7pm on 10th, Oct. That did not happen. On 11th Oct, today, I am being assued tge same thing. But till now no sms, no phone call or no delivery. Where do I contact ? Customercare is as worthless as anything deplorable you can think of ! Verified Support Oct 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and we have escalated to the seller and customer has confirmed that the product is delivered on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
