[Resolved]  Flipkart — My Review do not highlighting on product page

I have ordered a product and received it whose order id is OD[protected]. I have rated and submitted my review on this product but its not showing on product page. what i have written in review is showing is as published in my review section but its not showing on product page, its showing as published on 21 sept 2020. but still not showing in product page. i have done complain regarding same with flipkart too, but they are just making fool extending dates and sending same email of system generated again and again.

i am attaching proof of same too and also i am sure that i have only written truth about product not any false language.

This same thing is happening with me
I am facing this issue too. The customer care too did not provided any solution on this.
Its same with me, they are not updating all reviews and fool its own customers.

I given many review nothing is visible
I am also facing the same issue with flipkart . I have bought a bed of sheesham wood from wake up company. After getting it the company executives called me and requested for ratings, feedbacks and reviews. I gave my honest reviews and experiences and have also attached 5 images but it's been nearly 8 days and still my review and images didn't get uploaded in the product page. My review and ratings are not getting displayed. I have complained multiple times but they provide no resolution. Such poor service by flipkart is totally horrible and stupid.

I’m also having the same problem as I purchased one weighing machine from Flipkart and it came fully damage that product has 7 days replacement policy but whenever the wishmaster comes he say I can’t take this product it’s fully damage when I’ll get the mail from flipkart then only I’ll take it. I had raised a complaint 5 times but they are just extending the date that ma’am it will be resolve on that day n on.
I never thought Flipkart will do such thing and delay if Flipkart will do this they will loose their valuable customer. I’m a plus member and using this from many years.

My product rating and reviews not shown on product rating and review list why filpkart doing this.Are the making fool.Also I chat with filpkart costumer but they not solved. @filpkart They send me fake lifebuoy hand sanitizer now I my review is not shown on product rating list.
I order one product cost 929 Darbar solid Blazer but they send me Rs 100 half Nicker of a kid.Flipkart is making fool to the peopled.Don't purchase anything online from this Flipkart. AUTHORITY SHOULD BAN THIS FRAUD COMPANYAS EARY AS POSSUBLE AND OWNER SHOULD BE BEHIND BAAR.
Poor customer service of Flipkart:
I'd initially ordered three hoodies Size: M, M and L. Out of which I only recieved two out of three.
Customer support 1: I reached out to help centre and the customer support agent and made the return request on my behalf for replacement of two recieved hoodies with the three initially ordered hoodies. Instead, replacement delivery executive only brought one hoodie with himself and exchanged it with one of the hoodies that I had already recieved and I still have only two hoodies instead of three that I should be having ownership of.
In a nutshell, I have only two hoodies when I've paid for three hoodies i.e. rs. 1111.00
Customer support 2: I reached out again and the second agent was very rude first of all and since these return and exchanging took so long, I requested a return and refund on my bank account. And the agent was asking for my personal details on call like account number, for which I refused saying I cannot give my personal details on phone and there should be a link where I would fill my bank details and he completely denied it and said these are the policies of Flipkart(asking personal bank details on phone) and when I asked him to share with me the policy document, he said he couldn't find the document of such policy right now and to call again later. This is a gross misrepresentation, fraud and misconduct on part of Flipkart.You cannot ask for personal bank details until you are authorised so(the agent never shared with me the position he holds in his department) even the RBI has this in its circular of not sharing details and as well as the Indian legislations have tried to protect us from falling in such kind of cyber scams or frauds which take place in the same manner.
The agent made it very clear that if I cannot share my personal bank details with him, he has no other way of helping me.
Customer support 3: Directly indicated that she couldn't help me!
Now, I no longer need the product that I never recieved altogether and would like place a return of the whole product and refund of the same on my bank account but Flipkart isn't taking responsibility and didn't expect this from Flipkart.
I bought a samsung mobile from flipkart and they literally delivered me a piece from garbage... The phone was full of scratches and the display wasnt working and when I complained regarding this they simply blamed me and blocked my account so that I won't be able to make any complains regarding that and they simply withdrew there hands from this... Such nuisances are created by flipkart
FLIPKART don't have the solutions for any issues they only blame customers all the time. They decide the policy for their benifits. If any wrong details or issues from thier side they have only one word to say sorry to customers, they dont have any policy to resolve the issue always customers bare in any cost
Dear Flipkart Sir/Madam
My recent request was to unblock my flipkart account, but you did not unblock my account, and my request has been canceled as your systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that I will no longer be able to log in to my account.

Now listen to why customer requests for returns or replacement.

1st, you and your seller send fake or duplicate products.
2nd, you and your seller send original products, but some products are missing from the box.
3rd, order something, and you or your seller send other products.
4th, you and your seller send broken products.
5th, you and your seller send products. If the product is safely received, either the delivery date is passed or the products expired date is over.
6th, you and your seller automatically canceled the order that has been ordered.
7th, you always increase price if demand is high.

Many other things have been happening, but what I say.
In this condition, what customers will do tell me, either he or she will take the product or request for return and replacement. But
Why are there return or replacement facilities there, given close this don't fool customer by giving return and replacement facilities for blocking their customer id? and why you did not mention that after that request, your account will be blocked?

You blocked my account I don't care or mind because there many other shopping site are there I will do order from that.But if you do like this, then your rating will be falling and costomer will not trust on your shopping site.

All the requested that I have done for return or for replacement, I have proper video and valid point.

One more thing I would like to say is to return my flipkart wallets money and send it to my bank account. You all are thief and robber. You all rob customer money by blocking their ID.

From today, I will not use your shopping site that has been using it for 3, 4 year.Thank you for the long-term relationship with your shopping app or site(flipkart) .Good night.
