+dear sir,

I had ordered a tv "vu ultra smart tv" from flipkart but received wrong ordered and delivered.

We are continuously following up with customer care for cancelling order or replace order instead on old but didn't get any positive response from customer care.
Customer care used harsh language as you can complaint anywhere, we dont mind & care.

Please refer my order number in subject line and order delivery date is 02-may-2019.

Please do the needful or right way to cancel or replace my order on priority basis.
